A skilled man who revitalized the obsolete Blanca through business. He is a businessman who is an excellent negotiator.

Through arms trafficking, he is expanding their sphere of influence in Seikyoku.

Thanks to his incredibly friendly and light-hearted attitude, he doesn’t act like much of a gang boss. In reality, however, he’s quite calculating; he keeps his broad perspective and ability to see the bigger picture to himself.

Originally from the slums–it seems a dream of his is to provide the children there with food and education.

  • During these visits, he also appears to be independently investigating the child abductions that have occurred as of late.

Due to his rational nature, he cleanly executes even the most ruthless acts as pure business.

He sees taking on the dirty work as his responsibility, because of Arurandeisu’s personality, but he has no qualms with doing so.

Even though he views the expansion of the gang as something of a game, he empathizes with Arurandeisu’s dreams. He also enjoys that Arurandeisu is an idealist, the complete opposite of himself.

On occasion, he visits Hanasaki Miyabi’s clinic.

Though he used to be a cyber vigilante, stealing money from the rich and wicked, when he hacked Blanca’s network it led to him being scouted by Temma.

His past and his reasons for becoming a thief are shrouded in mystery.

He comes across as quite impertinent, but he sympathizes with Arurandeisu’s dream, and seems to feel comfortable in the gang.

  • On occasion, he visits the slums. In order to investigate Arurandeisu, he has tried to tail him many times, but he always loses his tracks. He is familiar with the layout of the slums, however.

  • He has hacked both kuzuryu-kai and Garuda, who are both in competition for influence with Blanca.
  • It is believed that Kanade Izuru possesses a wealth of knowledge on Seikyouku.

He’s said the reason he’s in the gang is because he “is supplied with a myriad of weapons”.

It is rumored that he is always smiling brightly because he lacks the emotion known as “fear”.

He’s interested in Rikka from Kuzuryu-kai, who is said to lack emotions just as he does. He likes to meddle in Kuzuryu-kai’s business.

If a conflict were to break out for the first time, it would likely be between Blanca and Kuzuryu-kai as a result.
