He is untrusting of the family, who possess traditional beliefs, and as a result he keeps mostly outsiders and misfits by his side.

For the sake of those who live within Garuda’s jurisdiction, he intends to become the next leader and completely reform the organization.

Though he is quick-witted and a strategist, he possesses a weak constitution, and has been in the care of the family’s personal physician, Hanasaki Miyabi, for quite some time.

A wanderer whose skills caught Astel’s attention and is now working as his bodyguard.

Originally a mercenary who rode the tides, he was affiliated with a certain research organization before coming to Garuda. He’s an easygoing wolf in sheep’s clothing that is hard to get a read on. 

He’s known far and wide–he’s acquaintances with Kageyama Shien from Kuzuryu-kai, and Arurandeisu from Blanca.

Apparently, he’s also familiar with Hanasaki Miyabi’s father…

A descendant of the fortune-tellers who have served the Garuda family for generations, influencing both the government and the underbelly of society.

Currently, he is the only one of the fortune-tellers working for the family that has divined that Astel Leda will be the successor to Garuda. As such, he is looked down upon by the others for being an unreliable fortune-teller.

He believes in his own divinations, and thus works for Astel.

For some reason, he is wary of Yukoku Roberu.

A doctor working for the Garuda family. His family has been involved with Garuda since his father’s time.

He works as a back-alley doctor as well, and is thus respected by members of organizations unrelated to Garuda.

He has been making medical infusions to treat Astel Leda’s frail constitution for quite some time.

He is a pacifist, keeping his distance from gang disputes, and helps every injured person regardless of what gang they belong to.

Because of that, many misunderstandings have arisen, causing him to always be caught in the middle between different organizations.
